Terms & Conditions


  • The grain that is selected will be fulfilled to the best of our ability.
  • If we are out of stock, the items will not be shipped and you will not be charged.
  • As far as Hay selection, If you choose to allow substitutions and your hay of choice is not available we will ship what is available. If you do not allow substitutions and the hay you request is not in season or out of stock you will not receive any hay with your order.
  • Most orders of in stock grain will be shipped within a week.
  • You will receive an email response within 24-36 hours of placing your order to let you know if we are out of stock of any items and also to confirm your delivery date.
  • Your delivery date will be based upon where you are located ~ See Delivery Schedule Below
    • You MUST place your order before 12 o'clock Noon on the day before grain orders are delivered to your area based on the map below. (Ex. For Delivery to Hartford, the order must be placed before noon on Friday, otherwise it will not be delivered until the following week)
    • If your town is not highlighted, we will still deliver to you. Just pick the day we are closest to your town.
  • NO Cash on Delivery orders are currently being accepted, all orders must be paid for before they are loaded onto the truck!
    • Store Charge Account - We will charge your store account for the amount of the shipped grain/products plus sales tax.
    • Credit Card - You can pay for your order over the phone with your credit/debit card.
